Ask The Ref

The Capital District Chapter of NYS Certified Football Officials site includes a popular feature,­ Ask the Ref. It gives all football fans, players and coaches an opportunity to ask questions about plays, unusual situations, or rule interpretations seen in any Section II contests involving our officials. Questions will be selected and will be answered by our rules interpreter Bill Bennison, or our Coordinator of Football Officiating, Charlie Seyffer. To ask the ref CLICK HERE.
