Welcome to 2012

The next off-season meeting is Tuesday, May 15. The 2012 full meeting schedule is available. Please watch for announcement of additional off-season refresher meetings.

RPI will be holding a 7 on 7 passing tournament on June 3rd. There is no profiting from this camp; they do it to promote the RPI facilities and local football. Last year it was in March and we froze our butts off, but the play was predictive of some of the best upcoming football played at the high school level last season. Think about working this tournament, most of the contests will be in the morning with reducing need as play-offs happen and teams are reduced during the day. More to come....

Active officials, with more than three years tenure, are needed to mentor associate officials. Contact Al Cyr, Andy Yager, Jay Ziamandanis, or Mike Van Allen.

The Capital District Chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame has chosen the 2012 Induction Class of the Capital Region Football Hall of Fame. In terms of officials, Tom Brennan, Jack Cramer and Morris Nassivera will be inducted this year. The event is on August 4 starting at 6:00 pm at Micheal’s Banquet House in Latham.
